Returns. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges. Wrong colour or form? We’ll happily exchange it within the same 14-day window, subject to availability of the requested colourway.
Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
